Excellent location near the train station and close to Leamington Spa. The staff is friendly and really helpful, and the room is clean and tidy. Plus, there's free parking available. 🚗

Had really comfortable stay, thank you very much for everything, I would go back in flash. Particularly good location next to the shopping centre, both the bus station and rail station and local shops right out side, and the room was modern. I appreciated its private bathroom. The apartment was 15 minutes walk away from The Spon Gate...

The apartment was mind-blowing! It had everything you needed, from a fully-equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils, to a flat-screen TV and a dryer. The cleanliness was on another level, and the host was super flexible and accommodating. The location was jaw-dropping, with local shops right outside and the city center a mere 5-minute walk away. The host's communication was top-notch, and I always felt safe during my stay. Plus, the added bonus of an off-site car park and express check-in/-out made everything even more convenient. Truly a fantastic stay for adults only, with luggage storage and no pets or smoking on site. I'll definitely be coming back!

Guests feel safe and the accommodation is highly recommended for both work and leisure stays.

The area can be noisy at times due to the nearby nightclub, with loud music and people creating a lot of noise.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a studio in Coventry city centre. The host, Elizabeth, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I arrived earlier than expected, but she cheerfully allowed me to check in early with no additional charge. The flat itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The pictures online did not do it justice - it was even better in person. The location was also fantastic, with local shops right outside and the shopping centre just a 5-minute walk away. I felt safe and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Coventry.

The best aspects of my stay were the cleanliness of the room and the helpfulness of the host. The room was spotless when I arrived, which really set a positive tone for my stay. The host was also very accommodating and answered all of my questions promptly. the location was ideal as it was close to key attractions and amenities, making it easy for me to explore the area.

The worst aspects of my stay were the lack of basic amenities. I was disappointed to find that there was no toaster in the kitchenette, and the hob was not working properly.

I recently stayed at New House - Magnificent Studios for work purposes and it quickly became one of my top 10 places to stay in Coventry. The accommodation exceeded my expectations - it was even more beautiful and modern than the pictures portrayed. The cleanliness was impeccable and communication with the staff was excellent. I felt safe in the convenient location, with local shops and the shopping center just minutes away. I will definitely be staying here again.
